Limits may change based on decisions made by the original tool providers, which is outside our control. We always update our limitations page when changes occur. We never advertise "unlimited" on a credit-limited tool.

We deliver tools in two ways, and it is important to understand the difference:

Yes. All tools included in your plan are available for use simultaneously. You can have ChatGPT open for scripting while using CapCut for editing and Canva for thumbnails — all at the same time.

There is no restriction on how many tools from your plan you use at once. The only limits that apply are the individual tool usage limits (credits, queries, downloads) as listed on our Tools Limitations page.

We maintain our tools proactively:

If any tool stops working at any time, message us on WhatsApp immediately and we will fix or replace it — usually within the same day.

No. Each subscription is for a single user only.

Sharing your GroupSEOToolz dashboard login or any tool credentials with other people violates our Terms of Use. If we detect account sharing, your account will be suspended immediately without a refund.

This rule exists to protect the quality of access for all members. Our 15-user cap on private accounts only works if each subscription holder uses it individually. Account sharing undermines the entire system.

Yes. We take your privacy seriously. Here is what we collect and how we use it:

• What we collect — Your name, WhatsApp number, payment reference, and the plan you subscribed to. Nothing more.
• How we use it — Only to activate and manage your subscription, and to communicate service updates with you.
• What we never do — We never sell your data to third parties. We never share your personal information with tool vendors.

Yes. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation penalties on monthly plans.

To cancel, simply message us on WhatsApp before your next renewal date and we will stop the renewal. Your access continues until the end of your current paid period.

For 3-month plans — cancellation stops the renewal at the end of the 3-month period. There is no mid-term cancellation refund outside of the 7-day guarantee window.

If your subscription is not renewed before the expiry date:

• Your access to all tools in your plan will be deactivated on the expiry date
• Your member dashboard account remains intact — you just lose tool access
• You can reactivate at any time by paying for a new month — your account history is preserved
• We send a reminder on WhatsApp 3 days before your renewal date so you are never caught off guard

There is no penalty for lapsing and reactivating. Your account is always there when you come back.

• Step 3 — We fix or replace the tool account, usually within 24 hours

Elite plan members receive an additional guarantee: any private account down for more than 4 hours results in 3 free days added to your plan automatically.

Note: Downtime caused by the original tool vendor's own maintenance or outages (e.g. OpenAI server issues) is outside our control, but we will always communicate updates and restore access as soon as possible.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If you are not satisfied within your first 7 days, contact us on WhatsApp and we will process your refund.

Refund conditions:
