We are confident in the value GroupSEOToolz delivers. Unlike most group buy platforms that refuse all refunds, we offer a clear, fair refund window on every plan — because we stand behind our service. If something genuinely isn't working and our team cannot resolve it, you deserve your money back.
Our refund policy is built on one principle: contact us first. The vast majority of issues — tool downtime, cookie refresh, account access — are resolved within hours by our support team. A quick WhatsApp message is always the fastest path to a solution, and for most problems, you won't need a refund at all.
Refund Window by Plan
Each plan carries a different refund guarantee, matching the level of commitment and tools included. Higher-tier plans carry longer refund windows because we're more invested in making them work for you.
When a Refund Is Eligible
A refund request will be considered valid and processed if all of the following conditions are met:

Access not provided within 24 hours — If we are unable to deliver your tool access within 24 hours of confirmed payment, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.

Critical tool failure, unresolved for 48+ hours — If a core private account tool in your plan (e.g., ChatGPT Plus, HeyGen, CapCut Pro) is completely non-functional and our team is unable to restore or replace it within 48 hours of your support report, you are eligible for a partial refund proportional to the affected tool's share of your plan cost.

Plan-wide inaccessibility — If the majority of tools in your plan are simultaneously inaccessible for more than 72 hours with no resolution in sight, you are eligible for a full refund for the remaining subscription period.

Request made within your plan's refund window — Your refund request must be submitted within the refund window for your plan (3, 7, or 14 days, as listed above).

Support contacted before requesting refund — You must have first reported the issue to our support team via WhatsApp and allowed us reasonable time to resolve it.
When a Refund Is Not Applicable
We are fair — but we also have to protect the integrity of our service. A refund will not be issued in the following situations:

Refund window has passed — Requests submitted after your plan's refund window (3, 7, or 14 days from activation) will not be accepted. Please evaluate the service promptly after purchase.

One or two cookie tools not working — If you are on a package plan and only one or two cookie-based tools (e.g., a specific SEO tool or design platform) are temporarily unavailable while the rest of your plan is fully functional, you are not eligible for a full refund. We will fix the affected tools as quickly as possible.

Account rules violated — No refund if your account was suspended due to violations of our Terms of Use, including credential sharing, password changes on private accounts, reselling, or any form of account misuse.

Credentials changed by the user — If you changed the password or email on a private account tool we provided, causing disruption to your own access or other users in the batch, no refund will be issued.

Significant usage before requesting refund — If the plan was actively used (tools accessed, content generated, downloads made) for more than 2 days before raising a refund request, we may decline a full refund and offer a pro-rated service credit instead.

Third-party vendor scheduled maintenance — Temporary downtime caused by the tool vendor's own planned maintenance, system updates, or outages affecting their global user base is outside our control and does not qualify for a refund.

Unusual or suspicious activity detected — If our automated or manual systems detect suspicious usage patterns, account sharing, or any attempt to exploit the platform, we reserve the right to cancel access without refund and report the activity if necessary.

3-month plans after 14 days — For 3-month prepaid subscriptions, refunds are only available within the first 14 days of activation, regardless of the individual plan's standard refund window. After 14 days, service credits may be offered at our discretion.
How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is straightforward. Follow these steps and we will respond within 24 hours:

We understand that sometimes customers feel frustrated and consider filing a dispute directly with their bank or payment provider. We ask that you always contact us first. We resolve genuine issues quickly, fairly, and without bureaucracy.
If you have a legitimate concern, we want to fix it. A single WhatsApp message starts the process. We have never refused a fair and valid refund request made in good faith.

No Automatic Renewals

GroupSEOToolz does not operate an automatic recurring payment system. We will never charge your account without your explicit action. Every subscription — whether monthly or 3-month — is a one-time manual payment.
- No automatic charges. No recurring billing. No surprise deductions.
- You pay once, get access for your subscription period, and then decide whether to renew.
- We will send you a renewal reminder via WhatsApp approximately 5–7 days before your subscription expires — giving you plenty of time to decide.
- If you do not renew, your access simply expires at the end of your subscription period. Nothing else happens.
Early Cancellation
If you decide you want to stop using GroupSEOToolz before your subscription period ends, here is what you need to know:

Monthly plans: Since there are no auto-renewals, "cancelling" a monthly plan simply means not renewing at the end of the month. You retain access until the expiry date. There is nothing to cancel mid-cycle.

3-Month prepaid plans: If you choose to stop using a 3-month plan early, please contact us on WhatsApp. We will close your account on request. Refunds for unused time on 3-month plans are governed by the Refund Policy above — please review that section.

Upgrade or downgrade: You can upgrade to a higher plan or downgrade to a lower plan at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp. Upgrades are applied immediately with pro-rated credit for unused time on your current plan. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
What Happens When Your Subscription Expires
When your subscription period ends and you have not renewed, the following happens:
- Dashboard access is deactivated — Your login to app.groupseotoolz.com will be suspended.
- Private account credentials are revoked — Access to your shared private accounts (ChatGPT, CapCut, etc.) is removed from your batch slot, which may be reallocated to another member.
- Cookie tool access ends — Your browser cookie sessions will expire and no longer function.
- Your data is retained — Your personal account information is held for 90 days post-expiry in case you return. After 90 days, it may be deleted per our Privacy Policy.
- Renewal is easy — To reactivate, simply contact us on WhatsApp and make a new payment. Your account can typically be restored within minutes during business hours.
Account Suspension by GroupSEOToolz
In addition to natural expiry, GroupSEOToolz reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice and without refund in the following circumstances:
- Sharing credentials from your GroupSEOToolz account with individuals outside your plan batch.
- Changing the password or email on any private account tool we have provided.
- Operating a sub-reseller or re-selling access to our tools under your own brand.
- Using tools for spam, phishing, illegal content generation, or any activity violating a tool vendor's own policies.
- Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting our support team first.
- Providing false information during registration or purchase.
- Any suspicious or fraudulent activity detected by our systems, including multiple logins from unusual IP addresses on a single private account.

We provide managed shared access. We then provide structured, managed access to these subscriptions as part of our GroupSEOToolz service. For private account tools, this is limited to a maximum of 15 users per account to maintain quality and stability.

You pay a service fee to us, not the tool vendor. Your subscription payment is for GroupSEOToolz's managed access service — not a direct licence or subscription from the tool vendor. We handle the purchasing, management, credential delivery, and support on your behalf.

Dashboard or extension-based access is a technical delivery method. For certain tools, access is delivered through dashboard or browser-extension based session access managed by our team. This is a technical means of delivering managed access to a purchased subscription.
Tool Availability Disclaimer
Because GroupSEOToolz's service depends on third-party platforms that operate independently, we cannot make unconditional guarantees about every tool at all times.
- Tool features, access methods, and availability may change at any time based on decisions made solely by the original tool vendors — including pricing changes, feature removals, account policy updates, or full service discontinuation.
- GroupSEOToolz is not responsible for changes made by third-party vendors to their own services, even if such changes directly affect our ability to provide access to those tools.
- When tools become unavailable due to vendor-side changes, we will always make a reasonable best effort to restore access or replace the tool with an equivalent of equal or greater value.

- AI-generated content, SEO recommendations, and design outputs from tools like ChatGPT, Semrush, or HeyGen are produced by those third-party systems — GroupSEOToolz does not control, review, or guarantee the accuracy or quality of AI-generated outputs.
- Any income claims, earnings examples, or testimonials shown on our platform represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of what you will achieve.
Acceptable Use
GroupSEOToolz provides tool access strictly for legal, legitimate, and ethical purposes. By subscribing, you agree to use all tools in a manner that complies with:
- The laws of Pakistan and any jurisdiction in which you operate.
- The terms of service and acceptable use policies of each individual tool vendor.

- General ethical standards — including no spam generation, no phishing content, no misleading advertising, and no AI-generated content intended to harm or deceive.
GroupSEOToolz does not accept responsibility for any misuse of tools by subscribers. Accounts found to be using tools for prohibited purposes will be suspended immediately without refund, and relevant activity may be reported to platform authorities or law enforcement if legally required.
